Innocent Chikwata

Khayah Cement – Chief Executive Officer

Innocent Chikwata is a seasoned executive with over 16 years of experience in the building materials and fast-moving consumer goods industries. Prior to his current role as CEO, he served as Commercial and Distribution Director for Lafarge Cement Zimbabwe Limited, where he oversaw commercial strategy and distribution operations. Previously, he held the position of National Sales Manager for three years, driving sales growth and customer engagement.

Innocent’s extensive experience spans multiple industries, including cement manufacturing, where he spent five years working with leading brands such as Holcim and Lafarge. He also held senior roles at Innscor Africa Group and Colcom, where he was Head of Retail from 2012 to 2017.

Innocent holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Africa University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Zimbabwe. He is a Chartered Marketer with a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (United Kingdom). Under Innocent’s leadership, Khayah Cement has experienced significant growth and expansion, solidifying its position as a leading player in the cement industry. His strategic vision, industry expertise, and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in driving the company’s success.

Zanele Dube

Zanele Dube is a highly accomplished sales professional with a strong academic background, holding a Master’s in Marketing from the National University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Business Studies from the University of Zimbabwe. She is also a Certified Digital Marketing Professional, demonstrating her expertise in the rapidly evolving marketing landscape.

Zanele joined Khayah Cement Limited from Pretoria Portland Cement Zimbabwe, where she excelled as the General Manager of Sales and Marketing. Her impressive career spans leadership roles at the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority, including Technical Services Supervisor and Research and Development Officer. With a wealth of experience in commercial operations, Zanele has a proven track record of developing markets, leading high-performing teams, and growing brands. Her expertise undoubtedly enhances our commercial function, driving business growth and success.
